i think otherkin/fictionkin is kind of offensive to people who are trans on the female/male/nonbinary spectrum because no one is going to take those who actually have gender dysphoria seriously because you think you’re a dragon and you prefer the pronoun of “mermaid man/barnacle boy" 

like if you were born male and decide to be female gr8 ily
